What is the most exotic, bizarre or food you've eaten?

I Octopus in Hong Kong, I have eaten fish eggs of salmon in Alaska. That is as exotic as I've never been.

these are the norm for me and I've never been to Hong Kong. I like to eat raw oysters, lobsters, shrimp, dried sun, fish eggs of many kinds, but I can not eat hamburgers help!
