Wyndham Bonnet Creek
A question of time-share, only to get everyone's opinion.?

I have a timeshare that is located in Orlando, Florida at Bonnet Creek. This is a floating unit with Wyndham Resorts, which is not really limited to Orlando only. You can use any of Wyndham Resorts and its partner, RCI. Not only that, you can use at any time of year, as long as you have the points. Now, I'm wanting to sell. I think it's fair to say, I'll never get half of what you paid for it if you just advertise it for sale, so I have another idea …. type of risk, but just thinking about this time. My question is, how do you think the interest that could get if I offer some type of "drawing" for timeshare. Say you offer as a raffle at $ 25 or $ 50 MASS ticket and advertise it on the network, eBay, local, flyers, etc. Do you think this would be a good idea or bad? How many people think that honestly want to buy a ticket?

I do not know if I can do with your timeshare, but the houses have sold as much as this in the United Kingdom and Spain and possibly elsewhere. In First you need to decide whether a draw date or leave it open dependent on a specific number of ticket sales and make it clear that the money will be refunded if a minimum number of tickets are not sold. Try to get a celebrity (free) to make the draw. The draw has to be done in public with some means to notify Ticket holders of the result.
