Looking for hand luggage?

Hello I am looking for a laptop bag, preferably not a backpack, which is the maximum size allowed for luggage Hand – About 55x40x25cm. This is what I can get enough equipment for a trip overnight and I will not have the hassle of billing and recovery of hold baggage. Does anyone know of a brand and model that is appropriate? Any suggestions? To complicate matters I do not want wheels or something.
