alaska mortgage lender
questions about buying a house and leave the army?

OK, I have a quick question for you. I am leaving the Army in about a year and want to get a house. I'll have about $ 15-20K saved and I will leave the Army with a degree in business administration will therefore not trouble finding a job. My question is, what are the chances of a lender who approves me six months before leaving the army to a house when they know I'm going out. My plan is to fly out there before, put in an offer on a house I like, it can not complete paperwork, and then finish closing again here in Alaska. That can easily pay all the years of the first mortgage in advance and easily find another job. And only serious answers would be helpful if I get a lender, etc comments. Thanks

In fact, if they know that you are separating, you will not be provided. You may be better to wait until 12 to 24 months of employment civil registration.
