Little Black Worms in my bathtub yet. What are they, how do I get rid of them?

I found tiny black worms in my bathtub garden. It opened an investigation and the only thing I found is that Anchor worms appear, but they are only in Alaska, in cold weather. I bleach, did not work but when working ajax were filled the tub back. What is a worm drain? I have only cold water, do not use hot water in summer. These guys are really small, almost as long as a fingernail. Black and said small? Curl and look like a speck of dust, thats what I originally thought they were, that is rolled up and moved. I really want to get rid of them. I went to the hardware store and the guy had no idea. Water company said it was not his problem as only comes from a tap. I called one up. You can not avoid. But it said it could be my hot water heater, since there is no hot water. But would not that in all my faucets in the house. Well, I think that comes from the jets of the bathtub. Plz Help!

It seems that the mosquito larvae to me. In its local home and garden store, they have pills for back yard ponds kill them. You have just a drop in the water … but read the package to be sure that if you are watering plants intends to eat … it is safe. Check on following to see what I mean.
